Our Community
For more than 25 years, some of our closest friendships have been built on boats in Guatemala, through wildlife conservation, around safari fires in South Africa and through adventures shared across the world.

Many of you have watched Lyndsey grow up.
Through Guatemalan Billfishing Adventures, conservation and Toro River Lodges, we have been fortunate to build a community that has always been about much more than fishing or travel.

It has been about friendships, families, shared experiences and people showing up for one another.

Lyndsey's next chapter is now something we would like to share with that community.
Built With Belief

Three Circles. One Journey.

This journey did not begin in Italy. It began with family, friends and a small number of people who believed early enough to help create opportunities before anyone knew where those opportunities might lead.

CIRCLE 01 The Founding Circle

They Believed Early.

The first significant outside belief arrived in 2024. Through 2025, more friends and families quietly stepped forward. They helped create opportunities during the earliest stages of Lyndsey's journey and became part of the foundation for everything that followed.

With Gratitude
Their support did not buy a result.

It created opportunity — training, competition, specialist support, travel, experience and ultimately the possibility of taking the next step to Europe.
CIRCLE 02 The Support Circle

They Stay Close.

Not every important contribution has been financial. Around Lyndsey is another circle of people who have offered perspective, encouragement, experience, introductions, mentorship and friendship through important moments.
01
Family

Stability and protection.

02
Mentors

Perspective and experience.

03
Friends

Belief and encouragement.

04
Advisors

Guidance and introductions.

05
Community

Doors we could not open alone.

Some people have helped financially. Others have made one phone call, offered one piece of advice, introduced one person or simply stayed close through difficult decisions.

Every one of those contributions has mattered.
CIRCLE 03 Development Circle · 2027–2030

The Next Circle Is Now Being Built.

The first circles helped Lyndsey reach this opportunity. The next challenge is different.

It is to give the development enough continuity to compound over the next four-year phase.

The question is no longer simply, “Can Lyndsey get an opportunity?”
The opportunity is here.

The question now is whether we can give the work enough continuity to see how far it can go.

Over the next four years, the journey will move between development at Piatti, stronger competition, professional exposure, learning, returning and improving again.

We cannot build that continuity alone.

That is why we are opening this next circle to the wider community that has been part of our lives for so many years.

Why Piatti · Why Now

Build The Player. Then Test The Level.

The philosophy is deliberately development-led. The measure is not whether a young player can collect comfortable results. The measure is whether the environment is genuinely making the player better.

01 Real Improvement

The Work Must Have Logic.

Feeling comfortable matters, but it is not enough. Training must have purpose and the player must be able to see and feel that her tennis is improving.

02 Progressive Exposure

Move Up When The Level Is Ready.

The objective is not to protect easier results. When the level is there, the next step is exposure to stronger players and more demanding competitive environments.

03 Connected Development

More Than Court Time.

Tennis, physical preparation, recovery, physiotherapy and mental performance need to support the same developmental direction.

The Development Model

Build. Test. Learn. Return. Improve.

Progress is not a straight line. Stronger competition is part of the development process, not simply a place to collect results.

01 Build
02 Test
03 Learn
04 Return
05 Improve
Build the player in the right environment. Test the level against stronger players. Learn from wins and losses. Return to the work. Improve again.
From Lyndsey

Six Weeks At Piatti.

Lyndsey's first update from Piatti was written in her own words. Rather than presenting only results, she reflected on the progress, the difficult parts, what she is learning and what comes next.

The Next Challenge

What Continuity Protects.

The opportunity is not one tournament or one training block.

The first Piatti phase has begun a development process.

Technical changes, movement, physical development, mental control and exposure to stronger players all need time before they become dependable under competition pressure.

Continuity gives that work the opportunity to compound.

Help Us Build The Next Four Years.

The first people believed before the pathway was clear. Today, the pathway is clearer — and the challenge is continuity.

We are now inviting the wider community around our family to decide whether they would like to become part of this next chapter.
To Our Sportfishing · Conservation · Safari Community

Many of you have travelled with us, fished with us, shared camps with us, supported conservation with us and watched our children grow.

This is one of those moments when community can change what is possible.

Becoming part of the next circle can mean financial support. It can also mean introducing another family, a company or someone who may believe in what Lyndsey is trying to build.

You do not need to decide anything from this public page. We simply invite you to understand the project properly first.
